Relax, Pattie's is there for you. Open bright and early at 7am every single day including holidays, this comfy neighborhood bar is a local favorite full of activity throughout the day. As the sun rises, its doors open for those just getting off graveyard shifts. They crank the jukebox and set the tone for the rest of the day. There is no kitchen, but the friendly staff is more than happy to order in food. Then, as the weekend sun sets, pattie's transforms into a nighttime hot spot. A line forms outside, and its old breezeway becomes filled with a club crowd. Good-looking twentysomethings cram around both bars, gyrate on the intimate dance floor, or look to find that someone. When the night ends, don't fret, for it is comforting to know that Pattie's will soon be open again to mediate more fun.--Michael Brennan
